Returns, Refunds and Exchanges / Damages
All returns require an RGA number. Items without an RGA number will be refused To obtain this information you must contact us via Email or Chat and write the information we provide to you on the returning box.
There is a 7 day limit for returning items. Parts purchased from online store must be returned in original packaging and new, not used condition and unopened Parts returned to be found open or used will not be credited. Any defective/damaged items must be handled by customer directly to the Manufacture or with shipping company UPS etc. Any items returned due to consumer ordering the wrong part or discovering they no longer desire the part(s) will have a 20% restocking fee as well as freight/shipping charges both to and from Sapasoworld.com. Handling and shipping charges under any conditions are nonrefundable. If the item was shipped for free you must pay all return fees for shipping. If you have received Damaged Freight you the customer must file a claim with the shipping company UPS/FEDEX/USPS same day as shipment.

If you order the wrong part or product you are still obligated to pay shipping and restocking fees, even on free shipping items. All shipping charges should be paid by consumer for returns. Any types of PCB boards,Pillows or electrical type parts and or switches and or heaters can not be returned.

In-Stock items will be shippped within 24 hours, only if provided all the information is correct. Please Print and keep a copy of your receipt showing your order information and order number. All orders received before noon (Eastern Time) will be processed in the same day. Any orders placed after noon (Eastern Time) or on weekend or Holidays will be processed in next open business day. All Items over 150 lbs or has a over sized box will have special shipping terms and you will be quoted by phone or email of the shipping charges. In case if there is a hold on card for payment from credit card protection services all shipment will be delayed until card has been verified.

Any and all freight/products that has been damaged by the shipping company UPS/FedeX /USPS the customer should file a damaged freight claim with shipping company directly. This should be done same day as shipment was received.
